Cancel Your ATNMAXX.com Dial-Up Account

The form below will allow you to cancel your ATNMAXX.com dial-up Internet access account. Upon completing this form, a cancellation number will be displayed on the screen, and it will also be emailed to you at the email address that you provide below. Please keep this cancellation number for your records. It will serve as verification that your account was cancelled successfully.

If you do not see the confirmatiion page with your cancellation number after completing this form, then your cancellation most likely was NOT completed successfully. If this is the case, please complete the form again, or contact us to verify your cancellation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Your dial-up account will be cancelled and unusable as of the date that you select below.
  2. Any optional services (such as email accounts or Web Acceleration) will also be cancelled.
  3. If you submit this form at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled billing date, no further service billing will take place after the requested cancellation date - unless, of course, you have a past due balance that needs to be collected. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
  4. If you have a past due balance, a charge will be processed for the full amount owed, unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
  5. If you are due a refund, it will be processed within 30 days of your requested cancellation date. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
  6. If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation or your billing, please contact us first, rather than contacting your credit card company or bank. Most issues can be resolved easily with a phone call. If you choose to involve a third party when it is not necessary, it will result in unwarranted expenses which will then be charged back to you.
