Cancel Your VTISP.COM Dial-Up Account

The form below will allow you to cancel your VTISP.COM dial-up Internet access account. Upon completing this form, a cancellation number will be displayed on your screen, and it will also be emailed to you at the email address that you provide below. Please keep this cancellation number for your records. It will serve as verification that your account was cancelled successfully.

If you do not see the confirmation page with your cancellation number after completing this form, then your cancellation most likely was NOT completed successfully. If this is the case, please complete the form again, or contact us to verify your cancellation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Your dial-up account will be cancelled and unusable as of the date that you select below.
  2. Any optional VTISP.com services (for example, any vtisp.com email accounts) will also be cancelled.
  3. If you are a customer of our ISP Booster web acceleration service, you will need to cancel your ISP Booster account separately, from the ISP Booster website.
  4. If you submit this form at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled billing date, no further monthly billing will take place after your requested cancellation date.
  5. If you have a past due balance, a charge will be processed for the full amount owed, unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
  6. If you are due a refund, it will be processed within 30 days of our receiving a valid Refund Request.
  7. If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation or your billing, please contact us first, rather than contacting your credit card company or bank. Most issues can be resolved easily with a phone call. If you choose to involve a third party when it is not necessary, it will result in unwarranted expenses which will then be charged back to you.

  • We can notify you if we lower our rates (we have done so many times in the past)
  • We can notify you if we begin providing free low-usage Internet access (currently being considered)
  • We can notify you if we offer DSL Internet access in your area (it is possible that we already do)
  • We can notify you if we can provide you with discount computer equipment or software (we are considering using our volume discounts to help our customers save money on computer products)
  • We can notify you if we begin offering combined high-speed wireless Internet access and cell phone service (we are currently considering offering that type of service)
  • We can notify you of any other developments that could be of interest to you
